Dr. Otero, MD, FACS is a Board Certified cardiothoracic surgeon and vascular surgeon. He earned his medical degree from the School of Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico. He has been in practice for over 41 years with special interests in peripheral vascular surgery, vascular dialysis access surgery, and minimally invasive cardiovascular surgery.
